Customers at the till

Depends on your plan

This page is part of the POS checkout, cash shifts and POS devices and Customer profiles and customer discounts feature. If it is not in your plan, you will not see it in the menu. See Plans and features.

Attach a customer to a sale to keep their purchase history and apply their customer discount automatically.

Find a customer

1. Select + Customer (F3).
2. Type their Phone number or name.
3. Select them. The sale shows the customer and, if they have one, … % customer discount.

To take them off, select Remove the customer.

Add a new customer

1. In the customer search, select New customer.
2. Enter the Name and Mobile phone (one customer per number).
3. May we send offers? — ask the customer and tick only what they agree to: SMS, WhatsApp, Email.
4. Select Save and add to sale.

This also works offline; the customer is sent to the back office with the next sync.

The receipt prints Customer: {name}. More in Customers.
